About Mezagent

We spent decades watching this market operate on handshakes.

Trust between professionals is what makes cross-border deals happen. A wealth manager in Geneva trusts an immigration advisor in Dubai. A family office in London trusts a developer in Cyprus. That trust is what gets a client to act.

But building it across borders has always been slow, ad hoc, and dependent on who you happened to meet at the right conference. There was no way for a professional in one market to find a credible counterpart in another. The trust that moved capital between jurisdictions was real, but the ability to build it at any kind of scale simply did not exist.

So two practitioners built what was missing.

MezAgent was established in Covent Garden, London by Stan Sheyko and Olga Bazhenova, who began working on it together in 2023. Both founders bring extensive experience from the private client and global mobility sectors.

They assembled an international team, spent eighteen months building the right product, and launched the first version in Summer 2025. Today MezAgent is an invite-only, independent platform serving professionals and businesses across twelve countries. It takes zero commission from any party. It exists so that the professionals who connect high-net-worth clients with the services they need, and the businesses who serve them, finally have a proper place to find each other and work together.
