Deals & Commissions
Commissions are set entirely by the business. When a business lists an offer on MezAgent, they specify the commission rate they are prepared to pay for a successful introduction that leads to a completed deal.
This rate is visible to all professionals before they express interest in an offer. There is no negotiation hidden behind closed doors — professionals know what they will earn before they decide to bring a client to the table.
Commission structures vary by sector and deal type. Some offers pay a flat fee. Others pay a percentage of the deal value — common in property, where commissions are typically expressed as a percentage of the sale price or investment amount. The offer listing makes the structure clear in plain language.

No. MezAgent does not take a percentage of any commission paid between a professional and a business. When a deal completes, the full commission agreed on the offer goes directly to the introducing professional.
This is a deliberate choice. We believe the professional’s earnings should reflect the full value of the introduction they made — not a portion of it after a platform fee has been deducted. Our business model is based on membership fees paid by businesses, not on skimming from successful deals.
This also means there is no incentive for MezAgent to push introductions that are not a good fit. We make our money when businesses find the platform valuable enough to renew their membership — which only happens when the introductions they receive are high quality.
Every introduction made through MezAgent creates a deal record visible to both the professional and the business. This record moves through stages from first contact to completion, and both parties can see the current status at any time.
The deal tracking view shows you: when the introduction was made, what stage the deal is at, any documents that have been exchanged, and the agreed commission terms. You do not need to chase the other party for updates — the platform captures activity and reflects it in the deal record.
Professionals can see all their active and historical deals in one place. Businesses see the same from their side, giving their team a clear view of the full pipeline of introductions across all their offers.
If a deal stalls or a dispute arises, our team is available to assist and can view the deal record to help resolve the situation.
Commission is paid by the business to the professional upon deal completion. The specific trigger for payment — for example, contract signing, funds transfer, or programme approval — is defined in the offer listing and agreed between both parties before the introduction proceeds.
MezAgent does not hold or process commission payments. Payment is made directly from the business to the professional, using whatever payment method both parties agree to. The platform records when a deal is marked as completed and the commission obligation is confirmed.
To protect professionals, we encourage both parties to confirm the payment terms in writing within the platform’s messaging system before the introduction is made. This creates a clear record that both sides agreed to the terms.

For Businesses
The process starts with a short demo call with our team. We will walk you through the platform, understand your business, and confirm that you meet our verification requirements. Once verified, you will have access to your business dashboard.
From there, creating an offer is straightforward. You describe what you are offering — a property investment opportunity, an immigration programme, a wealth management service — along with the ideal client profile, the commission rate you are prepared to pay for a successful introduction, and any supporting materials you want professionals to see.
Your offer is then visible to all verified professionals on the platform. There is no bidding process or paid promotion — every verified business gets equal visibility. Professionals browse and apply based on whether they have a relevant client, not based on how much you have spent.
All verified professionals on MezAgent can see all listed offers. We do not offer micro-targeting or selective visibility, and this is intentional.
The value of MezAgent comes from the quality of the professionals in the network, not from algorithmic filtering. Every professional has been manually verified, which means anyone who sees your offer is a credible person with real client relationships — not a cold lead from a database.
You do not select which professionals to work with before they apply. Instead, professionals approach you when they have a relevant client. You then review the introduction, and both sides decide whether to proceed. This preserves the quality and trust of the introduction rather than creating a one-sided selection process.
Business membership on MezAgent gives you access to the full platform, including:

You then spend time and money qualifying those leads, most of which will not convert. You pay regardless of the outcome.
MezAgent works on introductions, not leads. Every introduction comes from a verified professional who has a real relationship with the person they are introducing. The professional only makes the introduction when they believe there is a genuine fit — because their reputation with their client depends on it. This changes the quality of what arrives in your inbox entirely.
You also only pay when you choose to. Commission is agreed upfront on each offer, and nothing is owed until a deal completes. There is no retainer, no cost-per-click, and no monthly agency fee.
For Professionals
Once your application is approved and your profile is complete, you have access to the full MezAgent marketplace. Offers from verified businesses are listed with all the relevant details: the type of client they are looking for, the investment or service involved, the commission rate, and the geographic focus.
You can browse by sector (property, immigration, wealth management, legal), by country or region, and by commission type. Each offer includes enough information for you to decide quickly whether it is a fit for a current or future client.
When you find a relevant offer, you can express interest directly through the platform. From there, our secure messaging system lets you discuss the introduction with the business — without disclosing your client’s identity until you are ready to do so.
Yes. Protecting your client relationship is a core part of how MezAgent works. You should never feel that by making an introduction you are handing your client over to the business directly.
At the start of a deal, you control what information you share. You can describe your client’s situation in general terms — their investment budget, the type of residency they are seeking, their timeline — without disclosing their name or contact details. The business receives enough to confirm the fit, and you remain the point of contact throughout.
Your client’s identity and contact details are only shared when you choose to share them — typically when both sides have agreed to proceed and a deal is close to being formalised. The platform’s secure messaging and document exchange tools are designed to keep this process clean and on your terms.
No. In fact, the most common deals on MezAgent are cross-border by nature. A professional based in Dubai might introduce a client to a property developer in Greece. A wealth manager in Singapore might connect a client with an immigration firm handling Portuguese residency applications.
What matters is not where you are located, but whether you have a client whose needs align with what the business offers. MezAgent handles the infrastructure — the secure messaging, the deal tracking, the commission agreement — so geography is not a barrier to making introductions or getting paid.
All commission agreements are documented on the platform, and payouts are handled directly between you and the business. Our team is available to support any cross-border payment queries.
Access to MezAgent for professionals is free. There is no subscription fee, no listing fee, and no platform commission taken from the deals you close.
When you make an introduction that leads to a completed deal, the commission is paid directly to you by the business — at the rate advertised on their offer. MezAgent does not take a percentage of that commission. What you earn is yours in full.
This model works because businesses pay for their platform membership, not professionals. We believe professionals should be rewarded for the value of their relationships, not penalised for using a platform to monetise them.
Getting Started
Access to MezAgent is by application only. The process is straightforward but thorough, because the quality of the network depends on everyone in it being who they say they are.
For professionals: Submit an application describing your professional background, the types of clients you work with, and your relevant experience. Our team reviews every application manually. If approved, you will receive an invitation to complete your profile and access the platform.
For businesses: Book a short demo call with our team. We will walk you through how the platform works, discuss your offer and commission structure, and complete our business verification. Once verified, your team can list offers and start receiving introductions.
We keep the network intentionally small and high-quality, so not every application is accepted. If you are not accepted at this stage, we will let you know and you are welcome to reapply as your practice grows.
MezAgent is a cross-border platform by design. The deals that happen here typically involve a professional in one country introducing a client to a business in another — a visa advisor in Dubai connecting a client with a Greek developer, or a wealth manager in London introducing a client to a Portuguese immigration firm.
Professionals and businesses from any country are welcome to apply. Our current concentration of members is strongest across the UAE, UK, Europe, and Southeast Asia, with active offers in Greece, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, and the UAE.
If you are in a region not listed above, you are still welcome to apply. The platform operates internationally and the most valuable professionals are often those with client relationships in markets where demand for cross-border investment and residency is growing.

Verification & Trust
Every account on MezAgent — whether a professional or a business — goes through a manual verification process before gaining access to the platform. We do not use automated sign-up flows.
For professionals, verification involves reviewing your professional background, understanding the nature of your client relationships, and confirming that you are actively working in a relevant field. We may ask for supporting information such as a LinkedIn profile, business registration details, or a brief description of recent work.
For businesses, verification includes confirming your company’s legal registration, reviewing the legitimacy of the offer you intend to list, and ensuring your commission structure is clearly defined and realistic. We speak directly with a senior member of your team as part of this process.
Verification is ongoing. If a member’s conduct on the platform falls below our standards — for example, if they misrepresent a client or a deal — their account is reviewed and may be suspended or removed.
The value of an introduction depends entirely on the quality of the person making it. If anyone could join MezAgent without review, the introductions would quickly become indistinguishable from ordinary leads — and the businesses paying for access would have no reason to trust them.
By keeping the network curated and invite-only, we ensure that every professional who makes an introduction has been assessed as credible. Businesses know that when a professional says they have a relevant client, that professional has real relationships and a real professional reputation to protect.
This also protects professionals. When you make an introduction on MezAgent, the business on the other side has also been verified. You are not handing your client’s details to an unknown company — you are connecting them with a vetted organisation whose offer has been reviewed by our team.
Quality over volume is the founding principle of the platform, and limiting access is how we maintain it.
Data privacy and security are built into how the platform works, not added as an afterthought.
Secure messaging — all communication between professionals and businesses happens within the platform’s messaging system. We do not encourage sharing personal contact details outside the platform until both parties are ready to proceed.
Client confidentiality — professionals control when and how their client’s information is shared. Client details are never visible to businesses unless the professional actively chooses to share them.
Document exchange — documents shared during the deal process are stored securely within the platform and are only accessible to the parties involved in that specific deal.
Account data — your profile and account information is never sold to third parties or shared outside MezAgent. We comply with applicable data protection regulations and our full privacy policy is available on the website.
