Routes to residence and citizenship
Cyprus permanent residence
€300,000 in new residential property excluding VAT, invested from funds held abroad, with documented annual income of at least €50,000. Residence in 6–8 months, with no minimum stay requirement.
Greek residence (Golden Visa)
From €250,000 in residential or commercial property, €400,000 from 1 September 2024. Residence permit in 6–8 months, with Schengen travel and the right to work and do business in Greece.
Hungarian residence
A €250,000 investment in shares of approved real estate investment funds, or the property purchase route. Residence permit in 4–6 months, with Schengen travel.
Turkish citizenship
USD 400,000 in residential, commercial or land, held for at least three years. Citizenship in 6–8 months, with visa-free travel to more than 110 countries and dual citizenship allowed.
Vanuatu citizenship
A non-refundable contribution of USD 130,000 for a single applicant or USD 180,000 for a family of four. Citizenship in 1–2 months, with visa-free access to more than 100 countries.
Grenada citizenship
USD 235,000 or more to the National Transformation Fund, or USD 270,000 in approved real estate held for five years. Visa-free access to more than 140 countries, including the UK and Schengen.
