Terms of Use

You are solely responsible for any content you post, submit, or transmit on or through the Platform, including product listings, company descriptions, and any other materials. By posting content on the Platform, you confirm that the content is yours, relates only to your genuine business offerings, and does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

The Service Provider is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content shared by other Users. If a third party brings a claim against the Service Provider as a result of your content or your use of the Platform, you agree to indemnify and hold the Service Provider, their partners, employees, and representatives harmless from any costs, liabilities, legal fees, or expenses incurred as a result of such claims.

Businesses are prohibited from posting or sharing content that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, or violates any applicable law.
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or harassment against any person or group.
• Is sexually explicit or related to adult services.
• Infringes on any intellectual property rights.
• Involves creating or sharing fake reviews or misleading content.

Businesses are prohibited from using the Platform for activities related to:

• The production, sale, or distribution of alcohol, drugs (including cannabis), or any substances designed to mimic drugs.
• Prostitution, escort services, or any related activities.
• The sale or promotion of tobacco products.
• Gambling, betting services, or sports forecasting with monetary or material prizes.
• The sale or distribution of arms or weapons of any kind.
• Any enterprise that engages in, encourages, or promotes unlawful violence toward any group.
• Any illegal activities or activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.

The Platform is not available to entities from jurisdictions subject to trade or economic sanctions, or to entities identified as high-risk under applicable law or regulations.

Businesses may list products and services on the Platform in accordance with their Plan. All listings must accurately represent the Business's genuine products or services. The Service Provider reserves the right to remove any listing that does not comply with these Terms.

The Business is responsible for the accuracy of its offer and claims, and for any approvals its own regulators require before messages or content are used on its behalf. The Service Provider will not send outreach that the Business has told it is not approved. The Business must not instruct outreach that breaches law or third-party platform terms.

You must use the Platform lawfully, honestly and professionally, and You must not:

• (a) post or share content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, or that infringes any third party's rights;
• (b) make false or misleading statements about yourself, your qualifications, your connections, or any Business, or impersonate another person;
• (c) create fake engagement, fake reviews, or fake accounts, or use the Platform to artificially inflate numbers or reputation;
• (d) promise or imply guaranteed results, returns or income to any Business or prospect;
• (e) offer, give or accept bribes or any improper payment, or use the Platform for money laundering, sanctions evasion or any other unlawful activity;
• (f) use automated tools, scraping, or any method that bypasses the Platform's security or interferes with its operation;
• (g) send unsolicited or spam messages, or contact people in breach of data protection, electronic-marketing or platform rules that apply to You; or
• (h) share introductions or contact details of any person without having a lawful basis and, where required, that person's permission.

You must comply with the rules and terms of any third-party service You use in connection with the Platform, including LinkedIn. The Service Provider may remove content, restrict features or suspend an Account where it reasonably believes this section has been breached.

By uploading or submitting any content to the Platform, You grant MezAgent Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and store that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You represent that You have all necessary rights to grant this licence.

You are solely responsible for all content You submit to the Platform. You must not submit any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or in violation of any third party's rights.
